QUESTIONS
Annual Report Information - Does the church report it's
finances publicly? Yes, at the Center for
Spiritual Living we make an
Annual Report
of our church each year which includes the financial
statement for the church at that time. Financial
updates are also available at the monthly Board of Trustees
meeting. The minutes are eventually posted online,

Accessibility
Option and Services - Does
the Center for Spiritual Living have Accessibility
options and services? We try to provide easy
access to parking, to our buildings and to our services. We
have Access parking alongside the Fellowship
Hall in the North parking lot on Campus. Inside the
Sanctuary we have reserved seating for wheelchairs. Sign
Language interpretation is provided the first, second and
third Sundays of each month at the 9:45am service. If you

Ministry - Finding Right Livelihood
Tuesdays, Noon-1pm
- No fee
This ministry was created specifically for people who are
going through work transitions. If you are unemployed and want
support, as well as great spiritual tools for finding your
perfect right livelihood, join us at noon on
Tuesdays. (Check our

Getting
Connected - How do I get involved at the Center for
Spiritual Living? - There are many ways to get
involved and connected in our community. We have lots of
Fellowship and Affinity
groups, contact our receptionist to find out more about which

Mailing
list/Address and Name changes - How do I get on or off the
list or send a change of address? To get
on or off our mailing list you can fill out our Contact
Us online form, which emails directly to our database
controller. On the Contact Us online form be sure to check
or uncheck the "add me to the Mailing list," depending
on your wish.
If you want to update your address or name change send that
info to addresschange@csleattle.org
If you want to speak to someone directly about
your concern call ext. 202.
Meetings
- How do I find out when groups meet? - If you
know the date when a group meets click on our online Calendar
to find the time and place. If you don't know the date, then
check our Community,
Special Interest, & Support Group Activity and Meeting

groups list their monthly meeting dates and then refer to
their online Calendar for specifics. If you need more assistance

Memorial
Services and Ceremonies - Who do I contact? If you're
planning a memorial service and you would like to use our facility or you're looking for
a minister to officiate the service please contact,

Office
Hours - What are the Church hours of operation?
The Center for Spiritual Living offices are open Monday - Thursday, from Noon - 6pm.
We are also open for Sunday Services,
events and classes in the evenings and on the weekends through
out the week, although the business office hours are M-Th,
Noon-6pm.

Prayer
Request - How do I make a prayer request? - Click
on our Prayer Request
link and you will be able to email a prayer request directly
to a Practitioner. If you want to leave a prayer request on
our prayer line call: 206.524.PRAY or call the 24 hour World
Ministry of Prayer at 1.800.421.9600. You may also leave a
prayer request in the prayer box in the Fellowship Hall the
next time you visit
the Center for Spiritual Living.

and you will receive a response from someone in our facilities
office during regular business hours.

Sign Us Up - What is it?
It is our online system for registering for classes and
activities, tickets and product purchases and online
donations is up and running. Our new Center for Spiritual
Living - Sign Us Up online system can give you information
at your fingertips from your web browser! You can easily see
what you have registered for, given online donations for and
purchased online in your new Center for Spiritual Living -
Profile account.
(Concert tickets are also available for purchase at
Center for Spiritual Living in our onsite bookstore.)
