THE SPIRITUAL PRACTICE OF SERVICE

First, know that
who you are
matters!

Sometimes we get caught up in the busy "doingness" of life. We then can forget that who we are is our gift to ourselves and others.

Intentional acts of service bring a richness to one's self and to those with whom we serve.

Center for Spiritual Living is an inclusive spiritual community of diverse people, where all can be in service in caring supportive ways.

In service we assist each other in deepening our sense of community and interdependence. Service opportunities allow us to co-create.

On Call Volunteers

It is an honor to work with you to find a place of service that fits your spiritual path. Let us support your desire to be about sacred service. Please feel free to contact Volunteer Coordinator, Carmin Dalziel, RScP, carmind@cslseattle.org  or (206) 527-8801 ext. 218.

For someone to "test the waters" of sacred service, it may be enough to begin by helping. Bring your skills & strengths to specific tasks as needed by being "On Call." If this is something you can relate to, let us know by contacting Arnie.

Review the lists of skills or potential tasks that you are willing to share. Those you indicate will be entered into the CSL congregant database. When the need arises, you will be contacted by a staff member through email or phone to see if you are available to serve.
