1. FOUNDATIONS or BEYOND LIMITS

Discover and express the power, creativity, freedom, abundance and joy that lie within you. Build a firm foundation of Spirit as you transform and expand your life, career and relationships.

  • Discover and creating what you truly want
  • Forgiving the past, living the present, designing the future
  • The creative process and the power of thought
  • Spiritual mind treatment and the power of prayer
  • Realizing Divine Supply
  • Fundamentals of relationships
  • Meditation as a daily spiritual practice

13 weeks Foundations or 10 weeks Beyond Limits
Foundations or Beyond Limits qualify as an entry level class in the study of Science of Mind. The student is introduced to the core concepts of Religious Science and taught how to apply these Universal principles in his/her own life. Note: Foundations or Beyond Limits is a prerequisite to Spiritual Practice, Self-Mastery, Roots of the Science of Mind, Membership, Leading from Spirit classes, and most retreats.

2. SPIRITUAL PRACTICE

This course supports each student in developing a spiritual foundation based on daily meditation and spiritual mind treatment. Students will begin to establish a deep center of spiritual realization and peace within.

TOPICS INCLUDE:

  • Continuing our journey
  • Realizing our Oneness
  • Drawing on the Infinite reservoir within
  • Knowing the spiritual truth
  • Getting stuck and getting free
  • Embracing the Path
  • Seeing with heart and mind
  • Trusting life's process
  • Marking our progress

10 weeks. This class focuses on the student developing lifetime habits of meditation and strengthening his/her practice of spiritual mind treatment for his/herself and others.

3. SELF-MASTERY

Grow in wholeness by venturing beyond the walls of ego-self, into freedom and living in steady awareness that the Spirit within is our True Self. Deepening and strengthening of this awareness, brings growing mastery in the art of living.

  • Elements of our inner being
  • Wholeness
  • Healthy relationships
  • Self-esteem as empowerment
  • The power of faith and commitment
  • The Eternal Now
  • Correcting limited beliefs
  • Being who you truly are

8 weeks. The Self-Mastery class focuses on healing the perceived separation between personality and Spirit. Through an active exploration of the creative nature of thoughts and feelings, beliefs and emotions, the student has an opportunity to gain mastery in the art of living as a conscious, intentional being.

4. ROOTS OF THE SCIENCE OF MIND

This course offers the student a better understanding of the essence of New Thought and Religious Science principles.

TOPICS INCLUDE:

  • Natural Principles
  • Objective and Subjective Mind
  • The Law
  • Reciprocal action of the Universal and individual minds
  • The uses of affirmations and denials
  • Ernest Holmes and Mysticism

10 weeks. This class provides the student with an understanding of the historical roots in America of Ernest Holmes' philosophy. Specific emphasis will be given to the works of Judge Thomas Troward, Emma Curtis Hopkins and Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Center for Spiritual Living also requires all those applying to take Practitioner Studies to have also successfully completed the course "Introduction to the Bible."
