Becoming
a Children’s Church Teacher
or Teachers Assistant
CSL is always looking
for enthusiastic, dedicated and nurturing adults to join our
volunteer teacher team. Interested Teachers and Teachers
assistants receive an orientation to youth ministries and the
spiritual core principles that we teach, as well as a
comprehensive classroom planning & management training.
Ongoing enrichment is also offered to insure that teachers
continue to get the support and information that they need to
have an enjoyable experience in the classroom
Orientation is offered
approximately every 6 weeks. Check our online announcements
(Youth/Family category) for the next scheduled orientation.
Teachers and Teachers
Assistants make a commitment to be in service for one year,
the school year or just the summer and most commonly make a bi
weekly commitment;
Volunteering
to Support our Children’s Ministry
There are many ways you
can support our CSL’s Children’s church beyond being a
classroom teacher. Click for

Loving, nurturing adults
are also being screened to support out young children (babies
– toddlers) on Sunday mornings and on Weekday evenings.
Volunteers can also support our program by doing activity prep
from home or helping out on special events.
